Russ is staying, atp in his career he wants to win and this is the best opportunity to start, have an impact, and contend if Kawhi and pg’s injuries don’t kill us again next year.

Well, PG… If you are going to vouch for him, do what it takes to get him back. Either convince him to agree to a team-friendly deal or take a pay cut to help pay him if that helps for salary cap purposes.
If anything, I think his ability to day in and day out play games might help the culture as well.
