    Nick Nurse will always be a Raptors legend. It is not his fault we didn't give him a contending team. At the same time, player development appears to be his weakest link, they gave him all the development coaches on staff but he chose to never play the developing players. A play-to-win-today coach is not what we need today, we don't have that skilled veteran roster where NN thrives coaching. Will he fit in Houston? Not sure, they're all young too, only difference is their young guys are more talented than ours.

    Wherever Nick Nurse goes next he'd be wise not to take Earl Watson with him. He lost all his genius talking to that guy on that bench instead of coach Griffin.

    I'm sorta out of the Raptors news for awhile until this new drop today. Damn, never knew its gonna to so soon. That was the craziest 4 days swing as a Toronto sports fan.

    Masai has congratulated Udoka on numerous occasions and with the African connection it's kind of obvious why people think he's the Raptors number one choice for HC.

    Nurse is a weird case. Came into the job with innovative ideas and hailed as an offensive tactician. Turned out to be more of a defensive specialist. Was touted as a great development coach, but aside from the first few years, we've seen young guys stagnate under him. He eventually just became Dwayne Casey but without the player buy-in. Did he burn out? What happened to this guy?

    Masai is a real boss making tuff decisions by parting ways with Nick Nurse who got the Raptors their very first Championship trophy. Complacency by some players was starting to show by the performance and results that was produce. Now everything is on the table for changes. Next move will be to remove those complacent players and get this team back into a winning team and culture. 🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥. Rise !

    I was watching the usual coach nurse firing reactions and I hear the usual thing . accountability on all levels . Masai took accountability by firing those he think is wrong for the team . Some people think that for him to take accountability means that he steps down or he gets fired. He's the top executive and with what his position is , he has the ultimate control of the team, it will be very hard for the raptors organization to fire him. therefore, no matter if anyone likes Masai's decision or not , no one really can do anything about it. My wish for what Masai should do is , just hire a competent coach that can draw up plays for the whole team to show the fans at least they are trying to win. I wish Masai could find a point guard to complement OG, Siakam and Barnes and work a playable bench. Toronto big 3 needs a leader and FVV ain't the one cuz he just "BETS on HIMSELF" that was the ultimate red flag that everyone thought was inspiring at one time. We need a leader that BETS on himself and his teammates , dont get me wrong i like FVV , but he really cant work with the other 3.

    So many times Masai mentioned about Winning. In my understanding about the interview of Masai players that are sure are Dowtin, OPJ, Scottie, Jak and OG i think? 😅 llove it when he answered the question, when did he know this team aint it. He said started with Complacency and started to play Selfishness 😂 He didnt give a direct and firm answer to Josh L. question about Fred's future 🎉 Love the winning mentality of Masai and we know he is listening even if he didn't have twitter or IG. Thank you Nick Nurse for your service.

    Finally we're going to see that Nick isn't the mad genius everyone thinks he is. Everyone thinks he's some top tier coach, but really he's just always had top tier talent these last couple of years. It doesn't take a great coach to play your starters 40 plus mins and say if you think you have a good shot take it. Other than that what has he contributed, box and one ? 3 man weave?…. Come on guys lol we don't have to kiss everyone's ass that was here in 2019, he got fired for a reason.
