  2. Lakers1995_

I respect y’all fr man. That’s insane to wake up at these times to watch the games

  3. LALfanPT

Saw game 4 because the next day was a holiday here in Portugal
Not gonna see this one because I dont work from home 😔
    Go Lakers tho 💜💛

  4. Why not sleep and watch it first thing when you wake up.

  5. Reasonable-Total-628

I just watch reply when I wake up without looking at the score.

  6. counterfeit_jesus

    Watching live is something else

Doesn’t feel the same watching replays
Also no matter if you tell people not to tell you the scores some fool will always say something like “can I just tell you one thing”

  7. cypherdust

You’re lucky. Here in the Middle East I gotta wake up at 3am

That has been my life every year once the playoffs roll around. From 2016-2020 I watched literally every playoff game. Some with overlapping times just a half or replay the next day, but idk man I love NBA basketball so much and playoffs is the time of the season a passionate NBA nerd eats.

This year I’m mostly watching LA games and some games I deem interesting, but being a fan of a WC franchise in europe is a really tough grind. Past couple of games setting an alarm for 4am has been horrible, but I’m doing it anyways. I’m a night owl and have flexible work times so I’d much rather stay up late and watch a 1am game than going to sleep for a couple of hours and watching 4am games.

The Bubble was truly peak NBA experience for euro fans. Being able to watch fucking playoff ball 4pm and shit was truly amazing. Having the pandemic basically enabling me to stay in the crib all day for months made it even better lol. I’ll see you fuckers in the GDT

I did this in 2012-13 when I lived in London for a year. Watched almost every game. It was not a good time.

  10. orangejuicestoic

Fair play man. I am Living in Ireland. Hasnt missed a playoff game yet!

  11. rhineeeeer

Tonights game is pretty good for me starting at 12:30 am. The West Coast games are tough, though. I’ve been going to sleep at 8 pm, waking up at 3 am and then having a full day still. Well worth it to watch a Lakers W!!!!

  12. smileyzr

Yea sunday games are the best for us in EU:D 9PM or something like that … but after that LA home game 4AM oh shit … crazy .. i would rather watch games from 6 AM but 4 and 2 AM are literally the worst times for us

  13. We’re lucky that the game isn’t at 4 am today

  14. RebelYell49

Bro, this is still an ok time. Home games are harder to watch, being 5am and all.

  15. I feel ur pain brother I’m in the Middle East this shit starts 5:00 am most of the times cause of the western time

  16. black_trillionaire

Bros first mistake is being European 😭

  17. 1LakeShow7

Game starts at 1:40? Party til 4:20am fam.

  18. drabpiic

I respect and appreciate the dedication of all you fans out there doing this type of thing to be able to watch games live.

  19. 1nTheNick0fTime

Damn that’s rough but I respect your commitment

  20. LMAO. Just wake up at your usual time and watch the game without spoilers

  21. OGDeeDee

Keep at it! As an English Premier League fan who gets up on weekends at 5 in the morning, I definitely know how it is!

  22. Yungafrica2205

Game starts at 0:30 here i see you bro and I got work at 5am

  23. __casman

I was in Spain for the last two weeks. I respect your dedication, it was tough waking up at 1:30am and 4am

  24. Conscious-Aspect-328

Living in India, match is at 5am, it’s 3:30 rn. Entire playoff run I ain’t been sleeping because of the fear that I won’t wake up in time 😞😂

  25. The game starts at 2:30am and I have a presentation at 8am so I’m honestly considering an all nighter since idk if I’d be able to wake up in time if I went to sleep after the game

  26. eggsarecoolin

That’s dedication! I feel that way about international motorsports (I watch F1 and MotoGP, mostly), but I just avoid social media until I’ve watched the recorded race. It’s new to me, dammit! 🙂

  27. Beautiful-History-33

Its 730 am here in my country

Requested to work from home 😏

  28. samsation

I feel you bro. Cali native but I’m in korea rn to visit the fam. I got it kinda lucky at 8:30am but it’s hard to find any bars open so I’m just watching on my phone. Only seen one other laker jersey other than myself but shout out that dude for repping LA in korea!

  29. adnanthebomb

@op what was the moment that made you a lakers fan?

  30. WatchingWaterPlants

Respect 🫡. where in Europe homie?

  31. Facilitator10

I’m in South Africa and it’s roughly the same time, can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve dozed off at work

  32. Blue_Nyx07

you got most of the best time slots on Formula 1 races

  33. Darkperson6

For game 4 I had to wake up at 5 am to watch it. Every time the playoffs come around I always sacrifice sleep and it’s so worth it.

  34. Real fan! Lets hope they can win this for fans like you

  35. dollarsignwag

Oh shit you already saw it then who wins??
