This is what people are tweaking over? He shouldn’t of done thrown a chair but I can’t even tell here which girl he supposedly hit with it?

  2. Opening_Cartoonist53

How much money they gonna get for that chair to the shin?

Don’t think we need to make a huge deal about this. This wasn’t malicious or to the level that requires criminal punishment imo. Just a accident. Ant should apologize to her (dosnt even need to be a public apology) and pay for any medical and Pain/suffering and then everyone can move on

Tbh and just me but I don’t think this is much of anything hope the security guard is okay and you can see her touch her back like she got hit but idk didn’t seem like she got significantly injured prob just more in shock at the time getting struck by the chair with her back turned – do think either way edwards should apologize know he didn’t mean to hit her with the chair but was also pretty stupid to chuck a chair with people standing nearby esp with their backs turned

No reason to defend ant, but that’s not even close to assault lol. That lady is just trying to get paid.

Lmao, That lady just tryna get paid. There’s nothing “malicious” or “violent” about this. It not like he decked her in the he head she got grazed. You people know how to blow things out of proportion

You can’t go around swinging chairs while running by people 🤦🏾‍♂️ tf is wrong with this kid. Do that shit in Minnesota not around our sweet workers at ball area

dunno man, I’m going to reserve judgement till we see more investigation. Otherwise its gonna be another case of people laughing at the lady who sued mcdonalds because of the hot coffee – when in reality it was hot enough that she suffered 3rd degree burns that needed skin grafts. So while it looked like it just grazed her, its still a steel chair and swung that fast it’ll probably still cause physical injury which is defined as ” **knowingly or recklessly causing bodily injury to another person** “

Misdemeanor Assault in Colorado is knowingly or recklessly causing bodily injury, which basically means causing pain. So, did he recklessly toss the chair? Did it hit someone and hurt when it happened. Yes. But I am sure he didn’t mean to injure anyone, is probably sorry it happened, and may have already apologized. My guess is he pleads to harassment with a fine and maybe community service. Or maybe a deferred sentence, meaning it would be dismissed once he complies with his sentence.
Just unfortunate it happened at all and I am sure he won’t be doing that again.

This Zapruder film is pointless. Two people have injuries to show for it, and there was a uniformed police officer standing right there.
