  1. This type of question and response is solely based on what a person's definition of "failure" is.

For some people the goal of every single season is to win the championship. So for any reason if your team DIDN'T win it, then you "failed" that season. Point blank period.

To other people (like Giannis) they extend the question to a much deeper context and say things like "It's not a failure because I'm still making money and I'm still providing for my family and living a great life. This is a lesson to work harder next year ".

    It's an interesting conversation.

  2. This wasn't a just a player in some postgame presser. This was a man speaking with realness and emotion. There's some life lessons in here.

  3. GOD TOLD GIANNIS COME BACK DOWN TO EARTH. YOU WAS GETTING TO CONFIDENT AND TALKING WAYY TO MUCH THIS SEASON. IT NEEDED TO BE DONE

  4. #1 seed in the east and best record in the NBA. IT’S A FAILURE!!!(can’t win a ring every year but still a failure)

  5. That's why Giannis is my favorite player in the entire league.

Sad the season is over for him and the bucks.

Fire Coach Bud and replace him w/ Nick Nurse.

  6. Technically there is failure in sports because sports are about winning or losing. Plus a normal dude getting a promotion is more like an NBA player getting a contract extension than winning a championship lol

  7. True Greek, feels like all the Greek philosophers answer this question thru Giannis xD jokes aside, mad respect. this guy right here has his mind in the right direction. GG mate

  8. Great comment from a great player. Very inspirational. We are all working for goals and taking steps to get there.
