Bucks need a guard that can dribble/drive to the hoop. Not enough moving pieces on that team so they were easy to defend running basic iso plays much of the time.
Subjectively, Milwaukee won in 2021 because the Warriors were going through their issues and were not around.
Bucks will be fine and recover from it. It's gonna sting for the next few months for them, but they'll get over it. I do think though that they may retool some of their players and fire their current coach, but we will have to wait and see.
Giannis will get better because of this loss! Mark my word! Watch out for Bucks 2.0 next season.
I agree. To be completely honest I think this was the Greek Freak's last game as a Buck. Considering that the organization is getting nuked this summer, I don't see any point in him wanting to come back now that most of his closest peers are gone, Coach Bud and Horst are going to get fired, and Jimmy Haslam is about to turn this team into the Cleveland Browns of the NBA. Golden State or Portland, please save this man's legacy.

The Bucks have never been good in the playoffs. That’s been the story forever. The only time they won was because of injuries.

Middleton is done as Giannis' costar. Giannis already proved he can will a team to win the championship just by himself as the only superstar. Which is a great accomplishment in the super team era. But for the rest of Giannis' prime years, he finally needs to play alongside another superstar. Jrue also was disappointing in this series (especially for someone who was thought as the most underrated and best defender by his peers).
