Great pick, let’s go Bears!!!
LOVE THIS PICK. Bear down!
Awesome pick will Anderson couldn't move this guy
Brown stra spittin!
They dont have a 4th this year. We already took that pick for Quinn. They weren't giving us a third this year.
Now we need a center…
Darnell just said it we are going to kick some butt this yr the whole 31 teams are on notice here we come taking no prisoners we gonna be talk about the whole yr no more excuses the man is bringing the talent so let's show him this is not gonna be a waste of him time
If you told me a few months ago that the number one pick would solve WR1 with DJ Moore, solve RT with Darnell Wright, pick 61 this year, a first next year, a fourth next year, and a second in 2025… maaaan! Yeah, Jalen would've been nice, but I'm still super happy with what that #1 pick is turning into.
We have their 4th this year and poles isn’t greedy
Hopefully we add Jaylin Hyatt and Darnell Washington tomorrow 🥳
Another Trubisky pick 😡 should of went Jalen Carter
Fire Clay Harbor. Don't want any F'ing Eagles around here.
Go heavy on defense with the next 3 picks. Use one of them for a Chase Young trade if available. If Vikings cut cook pick him up.
They will regret Carter!
Eagles Texans & Lions so far winning Poles confusing me only getting a 4th round pick in next year draft smh
I think the Bears just needed to find out if JF is it and getting more help for him was more important for the Bears to find out more than getting a 3 technique and taking a chance on Jalen.
Alex is not completely right. It isn't that they "maybe" knew da Bears didn't want him…the concern was da Bears trading out of the pick to another team that would potentially take Jalen….I thought da Bears should have gotten a little more.
Jalen Carter takes plays off, and even takes games off. The facts that he wasn't prepared for the semi-final game and for his pro day tells you all you need to know about him. That combined with his off-the-field issue create far too big of a risk to take this guy any earlier than maybe the third round. Being good at the NFL level isn't about just being talented, it's also about working very hard and having that fire in the belly, which Carter doesn't seem to do or have. These are basic personality traits, so even though there's a slight chance they could be fixed, it's very unlikely. Really glad the Bears wisely passed on Carter.
If you dont get players like Will Anderson or Jalen Carter(with a healthy mind)…get the guy that stops them without breaking a sweat. Smart pick Poles! And he can play LT too.
