Bud’s answer to why he didn’t call a timeout. Roughly translates to “I rely on my star players to create the offensive attack & if they don’t succeed, I don’t have a plan B.”

Exactly what we’ve been saying for 3 years now. No offensive schemes which leads to players not knowing where to go and what to do, leading to too many isos, and contested shots. We need a real coach.

Oof. Imagine hearing this as a player from someone who’s supposed to guide your game. You’ll feel lost and that’s what they are in the last Quarter and OT

It is pretty evident if only 1 player consistently underperform on crunch time offense that may be on the player. But if it is the whole team something is wrong with the coaching no offensive sets to put the player in to play with their strength in crunch time offense.

I read this as “Giannis can call a timeout too!!!”
