Why on earth do all of you "experts" think Miami has such an unstoppable weapon in this upcoming series? The Knicks beat the Cavs 3 out 4 this year in the regular season, and Donovan Mitchell played in all four games. They also beat the Heat 3 out of 4 this year, and Jimmy Butler played in all four of those games as well. Plus that, both Herro and Oladipo are both out for this series, and Miami's bench is not as good as NY's.
an under looked reason the heat won is because throughout the regular season they had the most games ending within 3 points, they had the most practice of any team in clutch situations and they used that against the bucks perfectly
Big reason why the Knicks got so many offensive boards was cause of the penetration by Brunson and Barrett. They'd beat their man a lot and thus caused the Cavs bigs to come help when those guys when get in the paint. But when they'd take a shot there, it meant they leave Robinson/Hartenstein alone under the basket, so those two could get into position for offensive boards without getting boxed out. So a lot of the time, RJ or Brunson would either just make a shot, or create an opportunity for their bigs to get offensive boards
Come on jj out of everybody u should know why Lopez wasn't in the game and why he shouldn't of been in the game cuz the number one thing u can't give up in that situation is a 3 we had all 3 point shooters in if Lopez was in he would of had to chase somebody to the 3 point line and we all know he wouldn't of went out there thats why he wasnt and he should of not been in the game
Only 8 seed to beat a number 1 seed and get past the next round were the 99 knicks and they were far from a legit 8 seed in a strike shortened season. .bottomline same thing is gonna happen this year that happens every time an 8 beats a 1 seed…the knicks in 5

The heat had no business beating the bucks but they did. Milwaukee played amazing. The heat knows how to finish games. Third, cant have a superstar not make free throws
