They just had a whole week off & they’re talking about rest wtf, these dudes really don’t know wtf they are talking about fr. If I’m not mistaken the last 2 years Cp3 was healthy “enough” throughout the playoffs so why do they keep coming to that conclusion? They have KD now!! Those guys want to be out there & honestly I love this matchup for the Suns because it’s only going to tighten up the screws for them & get prepared to what’s coming next which is Denver who on earth on that team can stop that duo? I’ll give respect to the Nuggets by saying it’ll be Suns in 5 but maybe the Suns will sweep them again. I dont get it though instead of attacking the guy who didn’t play at all they’ll rather talk bad about Cp3 obviously forgetting Cam Payne is still coming back. It’s like they don’t want to see these guys play like make up your fucken mind!!
I think the clippers are fantastic and if Kawhi and Pg were healthy they’d win it all. They look that good in my opinion. That’s why suns are struggling. If suns were facing grizzlies or nuggets or kings I’m pretty certain they’d give them work.
If you’re Monty, the Clippers are one of the very few teams in the playoffs that you HAVE to play your starters the most. Clippers are just too deep of a team to chance it, especially since the Suns bench hasn’t been consistent this series. If the Suns manage to move on to round two, they probably could afford to play the bench a little more against their next opponent.
It really baffles me what these sports talking heads choose to talk about. Devin Booker played one of the best games this postseason and single-handedly pushed his team to a road win and….all they talk about is how the Suns didn’t do anything right and played too many minutes. If this exact same scenario played out with LeBron James and the Lakers, ALL you people would be talking about is how he’s the best player in basketball, how great he is, the playoffs MVP because, even when his team played badly, he still was able to push them to a win on the road. Not so here. In reality, LBJ just played a Grizzly team without their best player and LOST. Not hearing a lot about that. The Suns won despite having almost no playing time together with their main bench player injured simply because Booker was a superstar in every category and he’s a footnote in the conversation. Let’s keep going on about CP or the minutes….they WON the damn game on the road against a team with nothing to lose. How long will you guys disrespect Devin Booker?
I usually hate every word that comes out of Nicks mouth. He NEVER gives the Suns credit.
But he is right about this Suns team if this is the team we see the rest of the way.
Watching this team has been super aggravating. Their rebounding, ball security, ball movement, and defense has been really bad honestly.
Booker has been an absolute Legend, and I’m surprised not 1 word about that, but CP3 playing 42 minutes a game is a recipe for disaster.
KD is getting doubled hard, but we need more out of him.
Getting Payne back should help with CP3’s minutes at least, and this team is still gelling, but if they get through this series and continue to play this way Denver will send them home.
