  1. We already had 2 guys who can play the edge before the draft. Everyone just thought they would be DTs, but after we picked a 3 tech, and a 1 tech in the draft, we can move those other guys to the edge. Plus Dominique Robinson should be making a leap from year one. We appear to be very deep. Watch…🏈

  2. The Bears could’ve gone for the best available OT after either the 2nd or 3rd pick to help with the depth. Another Teven, Patrick or Whitehair injury and you have more holes in the trenches.

Do you guys think the current regime is over valuing athletic speed players versus players who produced in college? At least with the 2nd round picks, I think Poles and co went with potential over actual production in college for the DT’s picked.

  3. I swear so many people are ready to kick Mooney or Pool already even tho Mooney is a great number two.. Hey but we got a #4 WR so were gonna play a 4 wide style offense.

Wait we arent playing 4 wide style?? Then why the fuck did we draft Tyler Scott?? 😳

  4. Question is after getting DJ Moore and drafting Tyler Scott did we really need to give up the 32 pick in the draft for Claypool?

  5. Great draft and really, the whole offseason for adding talent to this team. Plus, the bears have 2 number 1 picks and an extra number 4 next year and 2 number 2’s in 2025.

  6. Edge rushers are not important in this defense. Look at the super bowl vs the Colts and listen to the press conference. The pressure must from the defensive tackles.

  7. We needed alot of inside help at the tackle position, we drafted that help and even though we missed out on the edge prospects I feel happy about the dt's we gained. With a strong interior I feel we might already have capable guys on the edge Robison walker Gibson etc are going to make it happen this year mark my words!

  8. i was mad about the claypool trade the day it happened, was more mad about it seeing he couldnt even outproduce guys i dont see being in the league in two years as the season went on, but now im begging him to prove me wrong and ball out next year so i dont have to be so sick about the players we could have had over him

  9. They're building something special in Chicago. I can't wait for the season to begin! Too bad Rogers left. I really would have liked to see the Bears shut him up! Oh well I guess I'll have to settle for watching him struggle with the Jets.

  10. Just with the FA and draft not even knowing whom we will sign after June cuts I see us being a tough 7-9 to 9-7 team no one wants to play and EVERYONE see's coming as a dominant team for hopefully a decade plus. With the WR and numerous future picks (3 in total 2 in 2024 and 1 2nd rounder in 2025) this will go down as the best draft in the last 10 to 15 years and will go higher if 2 or 3 become high level good to great starters.

  11. No.
Trading back twice in the 1st round should have brought more talented players and someone that can start.
Too many LBs and CBs while drafting just one O Linemen with some very good ones on the board.
Poles also passed on better RBs and WRs than the two guys he took.
Some very good RBs that are far more elusive and better at catching the ball out of the backfield.
Sewell sucks dropping into coverage and the Safety they drafted late is just bad in pass coverage as well.
