  1. I think thibs showed mercy to butler at the end because he felt they didn't deserve that win. That's what it felt like

  2. jimmy wouldn't of shot over 50 percent if it wasn't for those touchdowns he was catching from k love

  3. More pick and roll for the Knicks , get 2 on the ball and create more 2-1 advantages so Miami can’t key in on Brunson

  4. The.. what if world… is pointless to sling around.. ….the Heat would adjust even if the Knicks made more 3's…. let's give the Heat credit that they are hungry for these wins.

  5. Outside of Obi Knicks were 3-23 from 3. And thibs benched obi the whole 4th – Thibs annoys me with how he plays favorites too often .

  6. Big difference between heat and cavs is they’ve be “cooking in the oven” a lot longer and have players and a coach who have been here a lot. The parity of the league right now is insane.

  7. I think the thing nobody talks about is that both the Bucks and the Knicks played bad against the Heat. The Bulls played bad against the Heat. At some point it needs to be addressed that the Heat are GOOD at making other teams play their worst. That’s a skill set that is never addressed.

  8. In game 1 we saw interesting coverage against Brunson – when Knicks played their guard-guard pick and roll Lowry and Robinson when he was on the floor didn't switch but played drop and then Brunson saw many bodies in the paint. Because of that Brunson had to kick out to Hart who doesn't like shooting threes

  9. STHU already able Randle. Like he’s any good. I want him to play so they’ll be no more excuses. Never mind Herro is injured too. Even Knick fans have been on him all year and now he’s the guy that will save their playoff life 🙄

  10. I think the jnicks really just missed out on scoring opportunities with open shots. The knicks shot so bad that even if they were average they win the game

  11. if he doesnt flop and undercut i dont get injured, is that wat jimmy texted u?

  12. The biggest learning of these playoffs so far is to never understimate the veterans. Curry, Lebron, Harden, Love, Conley, and now even Lowry when everyone's saying he was done. Experience matters.

  13. Knicks fans have to realize the Heat didnt shoot well either. That’s not gonna last then whole series. Better hope they do tonight.

  14. Miami goes up 2-0 tonight woth no Jimmy im curious what the media will say that the Knicks did wrong instead of pointing out what the Heat did right

  15. The Knicks don’t need to change much, just got unlucky with their worst 3 point shooting game of the playoffs so far. If they shoot average from beyond the arc they win the game pretty easily

  16. The Media just keeps forgetting that the Miami Heat is a well-coached and experienced team with a deep playoff resume in the last 4 years. Not saying JJ Redick or on this podcast that they're not aware of it, but the national media in general acts surprised.
A lot of the hype as usual continues to be the Knicks because of NY but anyone who knows a little B-Ball knows this team is overhyped. Without a doubt, they now have a solid team but this Knick team is several players away from being a legit contender.

  17. I hate everyone bringing up Randle when the Heat are missing Herro. It's a terrible argument to bring up

  18. The biggest point I saw and agreed with JJ on was NOT LETTING Jimmy Butler be more involved on defense. WTF were the Knicks thinking?

  19. Even JJ has a hard time giving Miami any credit outside of Jimmy. I don’t get it. What else do they have to prove??

  20. worried about my Knicks. The Heat just present a bad matchup for em. Now I thought the Bucks would beat the Heat but no Giannis for 3 games certainly didn't help. Knicks gotta play IQ, GQ and OBI more…just cuz their speed and frenetic movement can disturb a more established set defense. Jimmy presents a tough matchup for Hart and QG on both ends. RJ gotta make quicker decisions. Knicks need Randle back ASAP.

  21. Heat is well coached and make great adjustments and create mismatches. Thibs was outcoached

  22. The truth is that in order to be a true contender you HAVE to have THAT GUY. Other than that pistons team, all recent championship teams have THAT GUY. THE ALPHA STUD. Miami has that in butler. We simply do not have that player and until we do, we'll be a second round team, no more. However you do need parts around that guy so you can't give up evening to get him.

  23. You know listening to all these people youd forget the heat were 9th in defensive rating and 2nd in point per game allowed, this is a CRAZY idea but maybe the reason both the bucks and knicks now played worse against the heat is cause rhe heat are a really good defensive team….idk just a suggestion

  24. Gonna come down to 3pt shooting to put it simply. Heat have much more capable shooters than the Knicks. Duncan, Strus and Vincent vs Quickley and Grimes will decide the series.

  25. So many heat fans now ….where was this all year ? the arena use to be so empty very little Miami support at all arena use to be filled with opponents fans all year it’s amazing to see now mind blowing

  26. Duncan had like 4 wide open 3s that he missed. He wasn’t open for a reason. Best shooter on the court and Knicks got lucky he went 0/5 from 3

  27. UFC is a fight PROMOTION. We saw what happened when Francis had that privilege and couldn't sell fights.

  28. They talk about how Quickly needs to get going but they don't talk about Gabe Vincent who clearly won this matchup. Quickly better come prepared cause Gabe can play defense all series.
