The way we’re playing we don’t deserve to be in that category
I think if the nuggets dont knock the lakers out they’re gonna win the title. Warriors are a terrible matchup against the lakers and are too tired from the last series, suns aren’t impressive at all and have zero depth plus injuries, knicks and heat would both lose in 4 or 5 against the lakers, sixers without embiid would get embarrassed and with embiid he’d be playing hobbled
This version of the Lakers is unfortunately a pretty damn good team. There is a perception that they suck because of how most of their season went (they sucked) but they are really tough now. AD is playing some of the best basketball in the playoffs, up there with Jimmy and Curry and their role players are stepping up. They’ll be a tough out.
Whoever comes out of that series will be dead tired though so that gives the Nuggets an advantage if they make it to the WCF and they’re also a very good team. Should be an awesome playoffs from start to finish
This sub expected complete domination throughout the playoffs
It’s just annoying how teams basically gave them these role players for scraps or basically nothing. It always somehow works out for LA.
