No one in the USA will allow a foreigner, a European to become MVP three times in a row. No European can be better than their legends like Bird, Wilt or Bill. Not even MJ had three in a row. Those are the facts. Aside from the fact that Jokić is better than Embiid in everything. He makes the players around him much better. His usage rate and percentage is much better than Embiid's, he is not selfish and if he wanted to, he could have a triple double every night and he could easily be the best scorer. But for Jokic, his team is in the first place and not personal glory. And he's not a crybaby like Embiid.
