Miami Defeated the number 1 seed with their top 5 players having career seasons. This series will end with Miami winning in 5.
Game 1 was just as scrappy even with Butler in the rotation. The major difference between Game 1 and 2 was Knicks not knocking down shots when they needed to in Game 1. I would say Knicks looked better in Game 1 overall except their 3 point shooting was abysmal. These are very evenly matched squads with a slight nod towards the Knicks in terms of depth. Unless Butler has a breakout game but if he puts up 24 again…we have 4 or 5 guys who can do that too.
No Butler, No Herro, No Dipo, and the Knicks almost lost again at home. They don't have a prayer in this series!
Tyler Herro can score but he gets hunted on the defensive end. How many points do you think that guy would have given up – while also needing to take double digit shot attempts.
