We can't underrate the fact that Kyrie doesn't like Brooks. If we want to resign Kyrie we probably shouldn't get the guy he refused to jersey swap with. I dunno though maybe I am making too much of that.

The Mavs are DESPERATE enough! Short contract, rehab his image or go to China. From what I understand Mavs shooters get lots of great looks, Brooks won't be looking at bad shots anymore.
