He needs a lap dance to get his legs back under him

  2. franklsw

Send him to Delilah’s tonight… not Vegas but closest we got.

  3. AstroZombieInvader

Dude turning into Ben Simmons before our eyes.

  4. 13Petrichor

Dude needs to get his shit together like yesterday or get traded for someone who will actually show up. If he keeps playing like this I hope he’s actually planning to go to the rockets

  5. SuperGrover8D

James scored all this points this series in one game.

  6. FormerCollegeDJ

Didn’t Harden play great in Game 1 against the Nets and not so great, particularly scoring-wise, the rest of that series?

  7. OopsIShardedAgain

It’s Ben Simmons ghost Comin back to haunt us

  8. Kramerpalooza

No way a contract comes after this. You can get assists anywhere. The brunt of Harden’s game with the leagues crackdown on foul calling a few years ago. Still a fairly decent skillet, but nothing even close to worth breaking the bank for.

Go fund me for a plane ticket to Houston getting organized as we speak

I hate this for Joel…that man deserves better smh.

  11. Shoeless_Jase

Yeah, he can get the fuck out. Can’t give a max for this disappearing act.

  12. PensiveinNJ

The bad play is maddening, but when he passed out of that layup I saw the ghost of Ben Simmons flashing before my eyes. I never thought I’d see that again.

How crushing must that be for the team to see one of your “superstars” playing scared.

  13. dostriker

You cannot convince me he wouldn’t be shooting at least twice as well if he was wearing green

  14. shaggybear89

He’s only made 3 FG in games 2 and 3 combined?? How is that possible?? What the actual fuck?

Edit- Nvm, he’s hit 5 FG in games 2 and 3 combined. So uh, yeah, not much better.

  15. Downunderphilosopher

Where the Harden stans at today? Anyone want to defend him, without blaming it all on Joel for ‘upsetting Harden’s flow’?

  16. CHRIRSTIANGREY

it was all good just a week ago. GG’s

Whole team wasn’t fully in the game tonight. Too many stupid turnovers, not enough rebounds, not enough hustle, not enough aggression. Oh and don’t even get me started on the officiating….SMH.

We can do better. And we’d better.

  18. His legs may legit be shot. If he decides to opt out this off-season the best decision may be to let him walk.

Simple Harden didn’t show up and they played harder then we did. We had no offense outside Embiid and some contributions from Niang and Melton. Boston flew to every loose ball and we didn’t generate anything off of turnovers. You can’t win a game watching another team shoot and hoping they miss.

  20. flatvinnie

He’s been doing this his whole career, not sure why anyone is surprised…

  21. thegrittyrn

I really want to see Harden win a ring, but there is a reason why people call him a playoff underperformer and he isn’t beating that allegation so far

  22. Soooo how does the whole “sign and trade” thing work?

  23. PrimasChickenTacos

One sequence will define this game for me. Can’t remember the quarter, I think the 3rd, but the Sixers have clawed back to be within 3. Harden has the ball at the top of the key and is surveying the floor. Embiid, opposite Harden at the top on the permitter, demands the ball. Harden ignores him, presumably looking to make a big shot to get himself going. Embiid looks pissed, Harden bricks the 3 from the top of the key, then Jalen Brown gets a fast break one on one against Harden and finishes a layup through a half assed attempt at defense for an and-1.

  24. GrandmaJosey

We can’t pay this man a max contract. I want to cause I love him, but it’s not fiscally responsible

  25. YuleBeFineIPromise

That laughing reporter ESPN guy is having the last laugh. FML

  26. Loud_Economics_8894

I wish we had Ben tonight. That’s how bad Harden was.

  27. bravof1ve

I’m starting to think there’s a real chance he picks up that player option. Houston can’t throw him a 5 year max

  28. RGPISGOOD

    he’s just old.

When you get old, it takes a lot longer to recover after games.

  29. _badmadman_

I do. Starts with “ch” and ends with “oke”. Been doing it his whole career. Don’t let one game fool you that he’s mentally strong. He’s stronger than Simmons but that’s not saying much

  30. tyagu001

Harden has this thing (really he’s had it all his career) where he just outright refuses to ever shoot anything off the catch. This works when he’s the one with the ball at all times but when he’s the second option, it really kills the offense
