He and his trainer have talked about how he’s a late bloomer and how he’s *just now* growing into his “grown man” body. It’s also why his trainer says he doesn’t see him slowing down anytime soon.
“He’s just kinda coming into that grown-man body now,” Payne said. “He’s just doing it a little bit later than most guys have. Most guys typically get into that grown-man body around 27, 28, 29 and he’s just gotten to it around 33, 34. That bodes well for his future. That tells you that he’s still got a lot left in the tank.”
“He’s still gaining power and he’s still gaining strength and speed,” Payne said. “I know that’s funny, but he really is. People kinda look at me crazy when I say that, but he’s still moving the barbell with more velocity. He’s still developing power in his lower body. … As long he’s continues to improve physically, I don’t see that diminishing returns point coming anytime soon.”
BUUAHAHAHA
Steph bulked up a lot but he’s still a twink in my erotic dreams.

What’s impressive is how he hasn’t compromised stamina. He also gained a lot of it a couple years ago during the off season. I forgot which season exactly but he came in first half of the season shooting below career averages. The change in muscle effected his shooting but glad he was able to maintain the mass while getting back to form

“The year is 2026. Steph Curry is now 38 years old. A late bloomer, Curry has now developed a 49” vertical. His posters over Lebron and Giannis are the stuff of legend. He won the dunk contest with a 50 on every dunk.”
