The biggest fear for the Lakers is if the refs call the game right.
Here’s what I saw: AD and LeBron played MONSTER minutes in game 1 and they only won by 2 possessions. Then they get run out of the gym (literally) the next game. I just don’t see how that formula is sustainable for LA. I think Warriors in 7, will just wear them down.

LA had to have a 23 FTA disparity in their favor in Game 1 to win the game by five points. The NBA is officiating the series to go longer for hot dog sales. If they call the games straight up and not give LA a 23 FTA advantage in Game 1 LA would be in danger of getting swept. Game 1 was decided by lopsided officiating when Golden State is supposed to get a favorable at home whistle. Same thing happened in the 2016 Finals. The NBA knew if they didn't cave to pressure from Cleveland to suspend Draymond in Game 5 for an incident which Lebron instigated and which Kiki Vandewegh said, after the Finals were over, was not an actual flagrant in the game itself the 2016 Finals would have ended in a gentleman's sweep in Game 5. They suspend Draymond for Game 5, Bogut goes down injured in Game 5 and the NBA got the best they could have gotten out of the deal seven-game series. The NBA is always looking to make as much money as possible even if it means they rig games with officiating. Just ask Rasheed Wallace how he was officiated out of a ring in Portland because the NBA knew they would make more money with Shaq and Kobe in the Finals with the Lakers than with the Trailblazers making the Finals or the Chris Webber Sacramento Kings making the Finals as well. There's a long history of the NBA rigging games with officiating and bad calls.e

LeBron is going to lose weight out of exhaustion if he has to keep playing many more games. He doesn't want to win. He's tired. It takes multiple days to recover from fatigue accumulated from playing consecutive or alternate days of playoff games.
