As is the case with EVERY one of these “should we trade the first pic for insert mega star here” posts the answer is the same. If it was a straight up trade you do that every day of the week no questions asked. And every day of the week the nuggets, bucks, Mavs etc ask for more then just the number one pick to the point where you would end up with a star and a skeleton crew. Just not really worth thinking about these scenarios right now.
