The problem with the bulls is that no moves really put them that much closer to contention. I like this move if he was a plug and play guy. However, it feels like the org is aiming for a 45 win first round exit team.

Trade demar for either draft value or depth players. Start P-Will and resign Vuc. Lavine/P-Will/Vuc with surrounding players that can shoot/defend is something I would like to see.
I think P-Will can be a 20 pt scorer if given the opportunity. His game is smooth, the confidence has been building as well. We also know that he works hard in the off-season.

It’s an interesting move, since we lack size, I think he would work as a PF next to Vucevic, but the problem is that he can’t defend well enough for that position. We need a strong wing defender for that position because we suffer a lot already in that aspect with Demar and Zach. I think someone like DFS is a much more interesting option to play the 4. I’ve also mentioned this before, but I’d like to see the Bulls make a move for Seth Curry, because that’s exactly the shooting profile we’d need. I was happy to hear Will mention him as a candidate as well.
Honestly I would rather have wood and use Vuc in a sign and trade. I think having both of them is the wrong move and doesn’t fix the problem of rim protection. Vuc is a great guy but with his contract I don’t think it’s worth it unless he wants to take a cut.
I've always liked Wood and hoped the BULLS would snag him before Dallas. He would be an upgrade at PF and could do some small ball center. Maybe we let Drummond walk and we have the money to sign him. He becomes our starting 4 and backup 5. He gets the minutes he wants, we get 18pts/8rebs. PWill is backup pf/sf. Everybody gets minutes, everybody's happy.

The Mavericks were desperate for talent, and sure, maybe Kidd just had something against him, they considered it an opportunity for him to finally land a spot and play meaningful games.

You will have a random cluster of games where he imparts his will on offense. But it seems like there's no reliability to it for the coach the game plan on.

If I am the Chicago Bulls, then I would sign Christian Wood as soon as they are able too 👍👍. I look at the "OFFENSIVE ABILITY" as the most important aspect of a young basketball player!! Since Miles Turner is no longer available because he resigned with the Pacers, then this would be the next best choice and a very nice upgrade at the 4/5 position with Vooch, if the Bulls do resign Vooch.
Moreover, Andre Drummond and P-Will could still come off the bench with Alex Caruso and Coby White. As far as Ayo goes, I am very disappointed with his regression in making shots consistently during this past 2022-2023 season, especially 3-point shots 👎👎. Thus, you can let Ayo walk, we need more "OFFENSIVE" players…..

I really think we need to start talking about trading DeMar DeRozan, I have the perfect trade scenario with the Atlanta Hawks, we trade DeMar for SF Bogdan Bogdanovic, C Onyeka Okongwu, and F Jalen Johnson we definitely will add more three-point shooting and shot-blocking with this trade. And plus the money will work out between the two teams.
If its a trade where we sign n trade Vuc for wood and Tim Hardaway or Reggie bullock im good. Then ww play wood a power forward, Patrick Williams at small forward. And trade demar for a younger, more athletic, defensive center.
Trade Demar and Vucevic for John Collins, then Sign Wood. get rid of the oldies who will demand more money. its time the bulls get over them and get younger players who they can sign longer and develop chemistry and not worry about age. coz DeMar and vooch will demand more money and they will be 33 and 35 yrs old next season. definitely not a good spend for your cap space. I rather give the cap space to guys at 25-29 yr. olds ready to win. John Collins, Wood , Gordon, KAT, Simmons, Adebayo, Miles Turner. OG Annunoby, Siakam. There's a lot out there that they can try trading with.
