Pelicans finished the season 6th in defensive rating while having 1 player considered a plus defender starting. Thats the lowest defensive rating of any team without an all defensive player.
The 4th rated defense got 2 first teamers. They allowed .6 less points per 100 possession while starting a team including Jrue, Brook and Giannis.
Always good to see Jrue get his shine
But what will it take for people to recognize us as a team. Herb is one of the best perim defender in the game rn. Sad to see that it takes people leaving us to get recognized
