Also with Fred; he’s chasing the bag, and I highly Doubt Masai would want to run this Same Roster back again; going into the tax for another play in exit would be… unfortunate. Why would Fred want to stay as well? Clearly they are going to be retooling and possibly doing a full rebuild, Fred can compete on a team with deep playoff runs.

Fire Masai and Bobby and let them go to the Wizards or elsewhere. It’s been 4 seasons of directionless basketball that’s leading to a rebuild at the next trade deadline.
I don’t trust those two to rebuild this roster properly because they will feel pressure to put out a high performing team as quickly as possible instead of building a strong foundation through the draft, which could take 3-4 seasons. Had he rebuilt after the championship we could have had a exciting young core with a trove of draft picks by now.
