I didn’t have a great feeling about this team since after the all star break. Their defense became lazy and their attention to the scoreboard or the shot clock became nonexistent. They would believe they can outscore their opponent and when it doesn’t happen, they lose. When the lead was too big, I never felt they would keep it.
I told y’all to stop being overconfident and think it’s gonna be an easy series. This jinx felt hard on Boston and Mazulla made 0 fucking adjustments.

It’s games like this and last game that honestly make me question Tatum and Brown’s ceiling. They’re top tier scorers but they don’t seem to have the highest basketball IQ in the world. To be fair they’ve made major strides in their playmaking and what not year on year but you can tell they learned on the job and it’s not organic. What they make in putting the ball in the basket they give up in bonehead decisions.
Anyway Celtics in 7 I guess? If we’re not gonna win the chip this year I’d rather see us lose in the Finals or even the ECF. This team should be better than that. Should be.
