Y’all blame thibs for EVERYTHING. Miami confidence is at an all time high after the bucks series. Yea you could double Jimmy but Miami is one of hottest team from 3 in the playoffs so it’s basically pick your poison. They missed easy ones in the first half but stuck with it. At the end of the day … Knicks HAVE TO MaKE SHOTS. This is NOT the Cavs who scored 79 points one game.

Before this first game started today. I prayed, pls don't Thibs don't coach like 1990 coach; leaving the same players in for two to three quarters. Knicks are not built like that nor is most NBA teams. Bad coaching Thibs like he did against Cleveland.

The Knicks had a lot of positives in this game. To turnover the ball they way they did, to shot the ball the way they did and, still have a chance to win is a great sign. Jalen Brunson was ok I won’t say bad because he was 50% from the field but he has to be more efficient. Quickley will have to come to life in this series. He was a sixth man of the year finalist he has to show why. The Knicks are still rebounding at a high clip. They have to hit shots and be efficient. The Knicks need their bench to play better than what they did today. They have to value every possession and limit turnovers. They also got stagnant on offense so they have to move around the ball more. The Knicks have some adjustments to make. The Knicks are a very good team. I am interested to see how they rebound.

If n.y. really wants too win this series the team really have to hit way more shots and keep the turnovers down to a minimal and the Knicks should be able too win.
There was no in game adjustments made by the knicks coaching staff. I will say it brunson needs to run more pick and roll for his big men. Miami doesnt have depth in this position.
3 point shooting, turnovers and undisciplined fouls was the diff. Nothing more, nothing less. Shake it off, I like the fight in the Knicks

The main reason they lost this game other than the refs horrific outing, is they guard the paint and sprint out on 3 pt shooters after they’re in shooting motion. Defender should be no more than two arms length away. They do that they win the game. They’ll win the trophy this year if they fix that one thing. Let Mitch handle the paint.
calm down folks it's just game one I'm still taking the Knicks in 7 and why is anyone surprised the Heat won a game regardless where these teams played each other evenly the whole season so I'm looking for a bounce back win by the Knicks and I'm more confident in the Knicks on the road so folks calm down.

How can anyone say the Knicks were within range to win the last game? They got within 12 when the Heat had their backups in the game. They put jimmy back in and it was back up to 20. That game was a blowout from beginning to end.
