Denver has been close in both games in Phoenix. A stop or two and or not turning over the ball late kept Denver at bay.

Trade Ayton for Lonzo and some role players pick up an athletic defender in free agency doesn’t need to be a shooter as they spread the floor well as is. Lonzo can be CP3 back up as he can facilitate great l, defend, and since lonzo has injury issues it’s easy to reason having him off the bench and take the reigns when CP3 retires. Will also get plenty of playing time to keep CP3 healthy. Injury issues will also drop lonzo trade value allowing Suns to get a solid role player or 2.
