AD used this as an excuse to not play and look soft. we know the narrative. Kobe dislocated a finger and played. Kobe tore his achilles and shot free throws. AD is made of wet 1-ply tissue paper. nuff said.
I hate that "this is the playoffs" for playing through a concussion. Concussions can put careers in jeopardy. You take another hit, it can be OVER. Soft tissue injuries are about pain tolerance and mobility, but I don't care how tough you are, concussions can be life altering if you take a second hit. Tua had to mull retirement cause he took two concussions in the span of a week. AD could be fine. But if worst case happens, the entire medical staff should be fired. And coach has to protect the player from themselves. Cause he's gonna say he's good to go. Do your due diligence. If he comes back clean, let him try. But don't straight up not fully evaluate him. I haven't heard anything about him getting evaluated today, and that scares me. And I'm a warriors fan lol. I hated when they made him play on the messed up groin against the suns a few years ago.
