Atkinson had terrible rotations and bad late-game adjustments. He kept making Taurean Prince shoot threes and didn’t know how to manage the clock or use timeouts.
I love Atkinson, but he serves much better as a developmental coach than a full-time head coach. Vaughn might not be very good, but he’s still much better than Atkinson.
