This will go down as one of the biggest mistakes in franchise history, and if Luka Doncic ends up leaving the team… it will go down as THE biggest.

  1. You forgot one thing once they were the 6th seed before trading for kyrie and then after the trade they dropped to the 11 seed

  2. luka doesnt need jalen brunson, he needs someone like kawhi or jayleln brown that can play in a system shoot off ball and guard the other teams best player

  3. Brunson reminds me of an upgraded Fred Vanvleet both of them look like they work as a New Jersey gas pumper physically but both are BALLERS

  4. Mark Cuban let Steve Nash go back suns and won Back to back MVPS history is repeating itself they’ve should’ve resigned Jelon Brunson

  5. We were fine letting him go. He couldn't realize his potential alongside Luka. We just need to attract better talent around Luka.

  6. You figure Cuban and the mavs would have learn from the nash situation back in the day

  7. Why sacrafice everything for luka when he needs so much but cant play with anyone? Luka has only proven he can pass and score “ if “ he dominates the ball . But he cant do anything else?

  8. I have no idea what but Luka was clearly dealing with something heavy towards the end of the year, with no context I think holding him accountable for their collapse is harsh.

  9. Imagine in the preseason, the Mavs let Brunson go to to the Knicks FOR NOTHING (and helped the New York reach the 2nd round of the playoffs before eliminated by the Heat), and mid season traded for Kyrie (which is uncertain if he's going to stay or leave) eventually cost them on defense and missed the playoffs or even the play-in.

The mistake they did to Nash just repeated itself.
