Thibs never makes adjustments to shake things up until he has no choice due to injuries!!😡 Now he'll HAVE to play Fournier and/or Deuce with Quickley out. Smh

the knicks are not an experienced playoff team. the heat are. the knicks are learning. besides 3 pt shooting the heat came to play the knicks didn't . so let's see if they do next game.
Have the Knicks learn any from two years ago when they had lost to Atlanta Hawks in the playoffs.

We wont win a chip with thibs.. He doesn’t make adjustments he keeps the same rotation hoping someone gets hot. He’s a great regular season coach but he not a championship coach. Yea I know he won one as a assistant coach with Boston but he’s not it…. Put Evan out there man…

Miami wants to put a hurting on the whole team. How many ankle sprains at this point? 3 plus two other injuries. Knicks better start giving the same hard fouls right back or go home.
Defensively the Knicks were not solid. Tibs said the Knicks were solid defensively and I strongly disagree.
The Knicks lose because they can’t shoot at the three. That in turn allowed the Heat to clog up the paint so most of Jalen’s, Julius’ and RJ’s paint attack were being stopped. Plus, there’s still some immaturity and insecurity among team members perhaps because of their youth and why they were shooting bricks.
If they can’t mature enough within a couple of days, it will be all over. If they can, I believe they have enough skills to win this round and the next for the Championship series. It is really up to them, specially those in the second team. I’m am disappointed with the second team thus far in this series since they’ve suddenly became catatonic. The second team had always been the edge to win over tough teams, and that’s disappeared.
I want Thibs change up the lineup, Grimes starting and Hart come off the bench. Grimes can stretch the floor when they double team Randles. Hart and 2nd units play different tempo, run and gun. But Thibs stubborn asf.

I wanna see Grimes start for Hart going forward. Need the spacing offensively. We slept through the first 18 min of this game. I’m still convinced the Knicks are the better team we’re just getting out coached and the Heat have been the tougher team. They are playing like they want it more
Thibs didn’t answer the question about the 8-40 from 3. I just have one question, as bad is the Knick were shooting from 3 why didn’t Thibs call Fournier’s number to see what he could give us? 🤬🤬 That stubbornness and lack of adjustments will always be coaches downfall. He changed the culture yes, but now we need another coach to take us further. I am so disgusted with his inability to adjust. We were simply outcoached out, played, and we deserve to lose.

Thibs is a terrible coach. He sucks at preparing the Knicks to win the must have tone setting games. The Knicks shot themselves in the second half of Game 1 and again in all of Game 3. If he's okay with his team engaging in a shoot out, then he should put their best 3 point shooter on the floor. Why Fournier is being buried on the bench is beyond me. And before anyone is quick to say Grimes is a great defender, he has not been impactful enough on either end of the floor. Thibs continues to prepare his team just enough to lose all of their statement games. Thibs needs to be motherfreakin fired!!!!!
I like Thibs but when they asked him about what went wrong he’s says defense, like dude it’s not our defense they shot 39% from the field! He’s not making the adjustments that you need as a coach. Our shooters are sitting on the bench. EF needs to play he’s our best shooter. We have no shooting in our lineup! How is defense the issue when we’re scoring 86 points in a playoff game……
A few problems with the Knicks so far in round 2:
1. The starting lineup comes out flat every game.
Fix: inject offense into the starting lineup by replacing josh hart with Grimes. Grimes was the starter for the entire regular season and only moved to the bench because of injury in the cavs series. He should be reinserted into the starting lineup to create more space and boost the offense while also being capable enough on defense.
2. The bench has been getting outperformed by the Heat.
Fix: IQ needs to regain his confidence and hit his 3s. Bringing Josh Hart off the bench with the 2nd unit would give them more energy as he would set the tone on defense along with iHart. Both Harts on defense against the Heat bench could turn into more offense and faster pacing for the Knicks.
3. Underperforming in the paint
Fix: Mitch needs to get in position faster. He hasn’t been performing like he was in Cleveland. He needs to and can establish a bigger presence down low to mitigate Bam impact on the game.
4. Brunson needs to let game come to him. Brunson is great as a scorer, however he plays his best when he gets everyone going. Brunson has been searching for his shot more in the first rather than facilitating and his assist numbers are very time.
5. Randle needs to react with his play rather than emotions. He has been getting beat up all series with lack of foul calling. However he is too strong to play passive and should continue to bully the paint which could open up his mid and 3.
6. Brunson needs to take technical FTs
7. Timeouts need to be used the moment the Heat go on a 7-0 run.
once again we are heading to the boat fish because this coach does not adjust at all just keep breaking players legs, and he is good at it too, start it with D rose Jimmy Butler Anthony Carl now Randle IQ, Brunson , I wish this team would hire Mark Jackson b4 it's too late
Coach Tibbs is Horrible in the playoffs. He will let Randle throw the game away while killing our young players confidence (Obi, Quickly, benching Grimes for Hart). We need a championship coach and he never won jack!
Grimes needs to be back in the starting line up to give spacing for Brunson. Deuce needs to be utilized more for that lock down defense, and randle needs to stop with these bi polar performances.
