Why do you hate the Pacers? Miller and Wemby are both perfect fits for the hole the team has at SF/PF and these guys and internal development can get the Pacers back into the playoffs next year. Pacers are much closer than Detroit
All y’all trippn except my Piston fans. Detroit would be by far the best fit for Wemby. 1st off, Detroit was named by the French, he would have a French BF in Killian, no homo. But having playmakers who will feed him in Cade, Ivey & even Killian off the bench. Wemby would benefit the most having those guys feeding him. 2nd of all, imagine the defense in Wemby, Beef Stew & Duren. Game over!
Wemba – Charlotte with a bunch of changes… Porzingis, Dray, Hart
Scoot – Spurs, especially if they get Wemba. Pistons trading Scoot for Keldon and Vassell is awesome for them. Cade, Vassell, Keldon, Bey (shouldn't have traded) and Stewart would have made them a potential 4-5 seed.
Why not just bring up Portland for Wemby. We have a decent chance… just running it back would be so attractive.
Imagine Dame, sharpe, grant, wemby, and nurk… then downsize with ant coming off the bench.
We can make a medium trade for Claxton off the bench too because the plan would be to only play nurk in small spurts due to injury history/not being in shape.
It's sort of sad how forgettable Charlotte is to a lot of people predicting the draft and stuff, like, Victor and Lamelo would be a cool duo in Charlotte, I think they deserved a mention at least
Don't understand why everyone keeps saying that the Rockets need another young wing!! Their roster is full of them!!! J. Green, Jabari Smith, Martin Jr., Eason, Tate, Garuba!!!!! Meanwhile they don't have a true franchise PG (KPJ is a 6th man microwave type imo) and they need a good help defender to play next to Sengun, why would they take another wing in the top 5???? Jabari Smith Jr. is supposed to be what people are hoping Miller will be, why would they retread that selection already?!? They need a Wemby, Scoot, or Jarace Walker type!!!
Detroit to me is a perfect fit. Cade had a bad injury year, but was averaging 21 7 and 7 before get got hurt, a legit cutter with Ivey, and Duren is a physical big that fits well next to Wemby's skill set. I love the fit in Detroit and he'll have a head coach soon who can grow with the roster.

No more tanking either, as SA has other teams picks going forward: Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Toronto and Boston. Only need for one of them to have an off year, and they have another high pick.
