I think we just leave it up to the GM and Gores. They clearly know more than us and even if we dont love the hire at first, every good coach starts as an assistant/not a head coach so as long as we trust them, we dont have to worry.

I'm all for Monty. Also if I'm hearing you correctly you think Miller is a #5 pick. Does that mean you think both the Thompson twins are ahead of him? The last all star non shooter I can think of is Dennis Rodman.
