That fact that you don't know why he had to go shows you have no clue about NBA n Should Stick to Football 😂
everyone else gets it.
A report said that Booker and Durant were involved in some capacity (perhaps just in the sign off) in the firing. I'm not NBA expert, but people more experienced in Xs and Os, rotation strategy, and time out management, have suggested to me that however good Monty was as a motivator, he was pretty sub par in those 3 areas relative to most of the coaches in the NBA right now. And even the "motivator" aspect does have to be put into question with the energy Ayton was putting up this post season. Guys like Book and KD don't need to be motivated, they're self motivated, if your a motivational coach, you're here SPECIFICALLY for players like Ayton, players who very much are NOT self motivated, so if Ayton is still sleep walking through play off games when your the coach, what are you actually providing the team?
You can trade players, you can fire the coach, you can fire the GM, but you can't fire the owner. And there are a lot of really stupid owners in pro sports. History has shown that time and time again.
Back to back blowouts even being behind by 30 points at half in back to back playoff games now add in new ownership for extra credit, this was expected
Theres a name out there who is a decent coach. Extreme success in minor league basketball and has the personality rich is talking about. His name is michael Ray Richardson. When he was coaching 12 years ago he just won. That was a long time ago though.
Pistons please hire Monty Williams!!! 🤞
Is Chris Brockman a Celtics fan again?
Will take him in Milwaukee
The dude got blown out to end the last two seasons. Easy decision
Durant is a coach killer
How come nobody speaks about Chris Paul's injuries? He always seems to be dinged up.
First of all don't trust anyone named Mat with one T
You traded all the depth to get Durant. Chris Paul got injured, and it’s the coaches fault?
If it's that much of a hair-trigger to get rid of a head coach for not attaining steep expectations, who would want to be a head coach in the NBA right now?
Just a terrible move. Yes they should have won this series. But the suns have been a terrible franchise for decades and they finally made the finals and have consistent playoff appearances. And you fire the guy who made that happen. Just not a good move
You don’t get it? Dude can’t get a team ready to play a big game. And doesn’t know how to use his players just throwing up lineups in the air to see what sticks
He lost two close out back to back in humilating fashion. He alienated Ayton & Crowder(Nets got five pick for Crowder)…gotta gooooo
