Blaming it on any player ( even waste of space Ayton) has no merit. Williams was Dead Man Walking one Ishbia bought the team unless it won the conference which was not that realistic given lack of depth, Ayton and the CP3 injury. He was dead because of New Owner Syndrome especially since Isbia as a former college player thinks he knows more than even most NBA executives or coaches.
