  1. Best advice put the camera down, take a break, 24-7 filming yourself is crazy.. Addictions..? ✌

  2. It’s the OPTICS on a multi-BILLION BUSINESS! Question—HIS parents/real friends should get on top of this !

  3. THE NBA
    NEEDS
    TO
    KICK
    HIM
    OUT
    THE
    LEAGUE
    YOU

    STAFON MURBAY

  4. At this point, let's accept the fact that there's no cure for Ja's stupid life choices. If he wants to be a hood, let him. If he does not get good advice from his parents and friends, he certainly won't listen to the media and management.

The best course of action is to disassociate and cut ties with him before he does any more damage. Let him crawl and earn his way back to the top. Make him realize that you don't need him but he's the one who needs you. Hit him where it will hurt the most: money. Once the money stops flowing, the lavish lifestyle and the fake friends will stop. Only then will he truly learn to be responsible and accountable for his actions.

  5. Y’all gotta stop cutting him break cause he’s 23 with status ,bro already got in trouble and lost 40 mil and still showing his ass

  6. Also you asked what law did he break? I’m pretty sure brandishing a firearm is a separate law from open carry

  7. He sent the Grizzlies a clear message. He would rather have fun than respect his job and the organization. Talent is a terrible thing to waste.

  8. The owners don't care Ja saved them over 40 million and he still has to play like an all-star or get cut. And after taxes smh… Hope he learns the real hood and run from it. Just play your game for 10,11 years and retire rich

  9. Gilbert pulled guns in a basketball facility during an NBA game against Javaris Crittenden, he is the wrong person to ask that question.

  10. How about get an education. Oh wait that's way too much to ask from a basketball player. Just keep on being fallowers fallow excuses fallow excuses fallow excuses.

  11. Gil is the uncle that Ja should've had! Speaking nothing but FACTS! Ja…..please learn and GROW UP! as a server in restaurants, I get pissed when I make a mistake that costs me 20$-30$. I'd be sick if I willingly threw away 50M's

  12. Open carry no permit state. To be fair he didn’t break the law. If the Grizzlies or the NBA feel he is damaging their brand or costing them money they should find him to recoup and/or suspend him to distance themselves from his actions. Either way, the non-stop parenting of a grown man from afar by the media and fans should STOP!

  13. Only way out of this for JA is to take the T.I approach and talk to kids around Memphis about guns and the dangers of them. Schools and juveniles

  14. Gil talking out of both sides of his neck. Its one thing to be a responsible gun owner, its another to do what Ja is doing. That behavior is conduct detrimental to the team and the league. Imagine Steph, Lebron, KD or Giannis acting this way…. you can't even imagine it, can you?

  15. I agree with Gil almost everything on this topic, but I don't think that you have to break a law in order for the organization to step in. In my company, if someone is damaging my brand I can take action without any laws having been broken. In this case the NBA wants to protect their brand, a law shouldn't' have to be broken in order for them to step in.

  16. Ja has to take blame too however his friend looked back and saw him with the gun and turned the phone toward Ja. He quickly turned it away but he knew exactly what he was doing. Ja needs to watch the company he keeps. That person is NOT a friend.

  17. Commissioner Adam Silver should also consider revising or add penalties for those NBA players who flashes hands signs depicting gunshots in both ends of the court during nba games.
That’s how this nonsense started and needs to stop immediately.

  18. Why doesn’t anyone bring up the fact that the kid is an alcoholic. The way he was drinking that casamigos like soda in the club. There’s no way Ja was sober pulling out a gun on ig live AGAIN…

  19. to be perfectly fair, he broke no rules & this 2nd incident is the first gun he flashed, the gun in the club, looks like he was mockingly dangling a strippers gun, maybe his ops is the crew, friends family , classmates of the 17 year old highschool kid he punched/beat up/ stomped on. I dunno, it's quite bizarre. He's 23 but I think he identifies or sees himself as much younger, based on peers , maturity and values. Its the imagery he portrays that reflects bad on the league, thats the problem. & since he doesn't honour the leniency given, they are gonna try to touch him where it hurts this time

  20. Ja signed those contracts and took those people money. He has to abide by the rules and represent the brand just like every other adult with a job. Period.

  21. Ja play was all nba they jus didn't give it to him cuz dat gun incident. Smh.. all nba is voted by a person playing game not off courtship. Smh

  22. Does the NBA want to have Ja to represent them? Ja's image is now worst than Arenas. Flashed the gun twice. Ja's IQ is beyond stupid.

  23. As a counselor, its very rare and highly unlikely that someone becomes rehabilitated from anything in 72 hours of treatment. Theres no chance he went to any sort of legit process

  24. We need to get on his father Tee ass as well stop being his homie and act like his got dam daddy nigga..he need a lil straightnin

  25. This audio is so terrible. Great content but you guys have been at this too long to not invest in mics smh Rookie moves

  26. U know what's so funny with celebrity n athletes? They forget that their face is owned by these companies. Their not their own, it's modern day slavery. They are paid to dress a certain way, talk a certain way. If they want freedom to do what they want get a regular 40 hour a week job where they can take off their job uniform n not represent the brand. Wow hilarious bcuz they seriously feel they have no choice! Struggle like the middle or poor class!
