Jayson Tatum’s legendary 51 point performance. Surviving Game 6 in Philadelphia. Taking Game 6 in Atlanta. Our 2023 playoff run has already held up plenty of memorable moments, taking us halfway towards our goal.

The story of this run so far has been all about leveling up on defense, hitting the three point shot and making adjustments. Current and former MVPs Joel Embiid and James Harden, respectively, got Doc Rivers’ group out to a 1-0 and 3-2 series leads, but it was Joe Mazzulla’s starting lineup change that helped get us on the path back to winning the series.

Malcolm Brogdon’s tremendously good season off the bench rightfully earned him the 2022-2023 NBA Sixth Man of the Year award. Now holding the namesake, “John Havlicek Sixth Man of the Year award,” the honor is naturally placed into the hands of a Boston Celtic.

Trae Young, Dejounte Murray and the Atlanta Hawks took down the Miami Heat in the Play-In Tournament before meeting us in Round 1. The Hawks took a pivotal Game 5 at home in TD Garden before we bounced back and ended the series for good in Game 6.
