I think the nuggets starting letting up and the lakers kept playing. Anyone who saw the whole game can confidently say the lakers were never going to win that game.
"It's trees versus bigger trees." That's a good analysis. I'm glad to see the age of "small ball" ending. There is a generation of god wing players that didn't make the NBA, or don't get enough touches in-game, because little guards are launching threes, the LOWEST PERCENTAGE shot, by the dozens per game.

“Nobody is to blame for that” its time to stop saying injuries are not the players fault. Its part of their game. It does effect their standings and lets stop pretending it doesnt matter. If youre a great player but need to be eased into a schedule everyone else abides by then youre simply not as good as other players who arent as talented but show up for 82 games a year

Lakers have shown in these NBA playoffs that they do very well with two or 3 days rest. Lakers needed to steal Game 1 and failed. With the games being played every other day. This favors Denver.
