I thought this was an interesting insight. Ham has definitely proven his worth in LA so far during the playoffs imo.
This makes sense, Ham seems like a guy who can motivate the players, doesn’t seem like there was anyone on the Bucks staff this year who could do that
Maybe that’s why they are going after Monty
There was definitely a brain drain between Jenkins and Ham leaving the org. Timing makes sense to get an entirely new staff in there.
I’ve been saying this from the beginning
The biggest offseason mistake was letting Ham go to be the Lakers coach. Should’ve moved Bud into the FO and made Darvin the HC

I’ve been talking about how looking back, losing D Ham really hurts us but my husband is now sick & tired of hearing about it.
Wish we could go back two months and let the lakers fire Ham like all their twitter fans wanted
Okay sure Ham clearly has some talent but I’m not buying this. How incompetent is the rest of the staff (including Charles Lee) if they can’t remind Bud how many timeouts he has left.. and if Ham was the only one who could help connect with players, suggest adjustments, and be a locker voice then that’s even a bigger issue with the overall staff. I’m not denying us losing him didn’t hurt but..
The reality is we lost because
-Giannis got hurt.
-Jrue under preforming again in the playoffs.
-Multiple below average defenders on the roster: Allen, Ingles and yes you Bobby..
-Middleton losing a step and becoming an issue on defense.
And the biggest issue of all Bud being out coached again for the 3rd time in 5 years.
