This was as bad of a game as we could have and it wasn’t a blow out. Honestly makes me confident for the series.
They shot over 50% from 3, we turned it over way too much, couldn’t get open 3s and no one really ever got hot for us. Oh and we missed 7 free throws. All of that and it was a 4 point game inside 3 minutes
Shit effort
Same mistake through 3 different coaches in 3 different playoff series with the Heat since 2020
Getting absolutely shit on in the third quarter, to the point where the rest of the game doesn’t even matter that you played well in because you got destroyed so hard in the third.
I really fucking hope we can fix this at some point. I really can’t stand reliving this shit again.

Celtics 2nd half gameplan:
-Give your best player a total of 5 shot attempts in the 2nd half
-Abandon literally everything that worked offensively in the 1st half
-Don’t play defense
-Let Brown run the offense when he has 6 turnovers
Kinda shocked that abandoning everything that works results in a collapse. Almost as if you should just continue to play the way that’s working. Wacky concept
This team loves giving away home court, just coast til the playoffs since it works so well for the Heat.

Sad loss
Analyst said that Celtics have deeper lineup than Heat. The problem is Mazzulla does not know how to properly utilize our guys properly while Spoelstra can turn these bunch of veterans and undrafted guys into championship contenders.
Celtics have won the last 4 series they’ve gone down 1-0. Just saying
How this team fails to get off good plays in crunch time is absolutely appalling. Always shooting themselves in the foot.
We were playing so well in the first half. Then Spoelstra completely exposed Mazzulla. Completely pathetic.

Team decided the game was over when they got up twelve in the third. Guys were left wide open for three over and over again. Joe needs to call timeout when the team lets up when they’re up. Also not sure what PP was doing in that game. He can be a good spark, but his size makes him such a huge liability on defense and rebounding.
We been here before right? Always the hard way with these guys, and I just knew we werent taking the 1st one. Guys will come back strong as always, is what it is. Hard to beat 50% from 3

Celtics played switch everything defense and Pritchard over Grant. Tell me how does that make any fucking sense???!!
Mazulla is clueless. Second half sits Rob when he was cooking and giving paint protection all the first half. If they’re making every shot change something Pritchard added nothing to that game.
Spo has done a great job of going to a zone to disrupt the Celtics flow of the offense.
That being said, I dont think Pritchard should be playing this series. He doesn’t know how to attack the zone and gets targeted too often on defense.
