Celtics rely way to much on the three. "Shooting more three's" is not a strategy. It is a prayer. It is so painfully obvious the Celtics are not true contenders for this. They are lucky they played Doc Rivers and the 76ers in the 2nd.
Miami is a great organization. They are always good. Pat Riley is a winner. Jimmy Butler had always been underrated. He plays the complete game . Defense , rebounds , passing , stealing , scoring. Put it all together and your team wins.
I would say Jimmy Butler & Kawhi Leonard is the closest Offensively & Defensively to Kobe Bryant in today's game. *Only when Kawhi is healthy of course and is motivated enough to play a whole game. Just Offensively , would put Steph Curry, Jason Tatum, Klay Thompson *Pre 2019 Injury. Klay was one of the best Offensive & Defensive players in the league before his injuries. Luka Donic has Kobe's offense but not defense. Kobe himself endorsed Steph, Tatum & Luka back in 2019 when he went to see all of them play that season. Kobe said himself that those three reminded him of himself when playing on the court.
Turnovers from the best players is why the Celtics lost and Mazulla not knowing when to call timeout to interrupt a run.
