I really wanna see what Cronin does
My guess is we’ll see the Blazers only options being mediocre ones if trading the 3rd pick.
I love Dame, but if we trade that pick plus Simons for someone like Bridges or Siakam and it doesn’t work out, we’ve wasted that pick and hurt our future.
While Dame still has trade value we could start a rebuild pretty easily.
We should do what’s best for the franchise if scoot is available we should draft him and trade Damian lillard as much as I love him

Trading the 3rd pick for Mikal Bridges or Siakam would be a good move especially Mikal Bridges we will be a championship contender in the West with Mikal Bridges.

I think it comes down to what you think sharpe can be. Simons has shown he is a 6th man on a good team. No need to linger on him like they did with cj and stotts. If you think sharpe is the future you cant go wrong with either guy, the real challenge is what to do with lillard and the supplemental pieces.

I think scoot will be another Ja or Westbrook, great in the regular season but easy to scheme around the playoffs. Having no 3 as a pg is difficult in the current NBA
