I think we’re in a great situation, could be seeing a potential bidding war between Blazers, Hornets, Houston etc.
Rumor of Houston going after Harden may want a Siakam.
Hornets needing to finally compete may want a Siakam for Ball, Boukknight, Bridges and Mark Williams.
Detroit also has young talent and may want to pair Siakam with Duran, Hayes, Case and Ivey etc.
Not to mention Utah and Indiana and Dallas may also be looking for an OG or Siakam.
It’ll be interesting time and hopefully we’re able to capatilize on this opportunity and get some value for players instead of letting them walk.

A good point others have made is that Portland will just trade Dame and rebuild with scoot instead. That makes total sense for them. It would be a terrible outcome for us, since we don’t make sense as a dame suitor.

Honestly I wouldn’t be mad if we get Brandon Miller at 3. A 6”9 versatile forward, extremely athletic and can shoot, similar to a Paul George type of player? I’ll take it

Am I tripping to think Siakam + OG for 3rd and Simons is a great trade both ways? They get a starting 5 of Dame, Grant, OG, Siakam, and Nurk which is probably the best wing defence in the league. We get two young players that set us up for a short rebuild. Sign and trade freddy and our core is suddenly way younger.
