Time to trade The $60 million man.
Been waiting for your pod Mike. People talking about don't waste our future potential…. What potential in a bunch of young mid players? That's not winning a ring any time soon. We have a star now! A star many other fan bases are hoping will come to their team. Enjoy what we have! I'll never understand wanting to trade maybe the best, 2nd or 3rd best player in franchise history. I will not stop ranting about this.
As a Raptors I do not want Fred VanVleet back. He can go to the Spurs
1 year of Pascal not worth #3. Heck, Pascal not worth the 3 imo.
I think it's a bad trade. Think pascal is over rated. Mikel is better defender and scores more.
I would rather see something like, i would be bummed if thats the deal we do. Id rather keep the pick if thats our option. Anferny would be lights out offensively at PG, so you would be getting a PG in that trade.
Anferny, plus non Sharpe youngster both 3rd pick and 2 2nds for Bridges and Claxston.
The raptors could have had Sharpe last year for OG your GM blew that one.
Trade Dame. Rebuild. Simple as that.
Only trades worth the 3rd pick are any all stars/superstars with more than 2 years on their contract. Not worth 1 year hit and quit player.
