Sure. You would need more than these two picks to move up. Our 3 Firsts + a young player might be able to do it.
Not a charlotte fan so IDC, but they won't mind scoot in their squad if Melo will injure himself in/out and they also got some big men so they will spend their rest of draft stock in trades but will keep scoot probably, only Portland would listen to trades

Horrible Utah Orlando trade proposal. Magic need to stay at 6 and 11. Plenty of shooters which is what Orlando lacks
