[Boone] UConn’s Jordan Hawkins says he has met with the Thunder, Clippers, Mavs, Lakers and Nets. I did some digging for the @DownToDunk crowd on OKC: “I think they have a promising future. They need guys like me who can shoot the ball.”

I hope this isn’t another James Bouknight situation.
I like him he showed up all tourney
[Switzers Boyz] “I read today that they had also met with Nick Smith Jr, Keyonte George, Noah Clowney, and maybe even a couple more that I can’t remember.”
I’m from MD, and he went to DeMatha high school. Been watching his career since my dad was an alumni there. Just a good kid all around. Y’all will love him if we draft this kid 🙂
As an OKC fan, I’m intrigued by Jordan Hawkins’ comments. Shooting has been a consistent issue for the Thunder, so bringing in a player like Hawkins who can knock down shots would be a huge asset. It’s also exciting to see OKC meeting with a variety of teams, including some of the biggest in the league. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Thunder! #ThunderUp
Ppl are underrating how good of a shooter Hawkins is. I haven’t seen someone w shot preparation like this since Klay. Hawkins can shoot off the dribble too. I get the questions on playmaking bc he didn’t do it much but when he puts the ball down he actually has explosion off the bounce and he has the foot speed to be a good defender as well.
I’m not saying he plays like Booker but I really feel like ppl are gonna look back and be like “how the hell did Hawkins get drafted late lotto” like they do w Book now
I’d love him at 12
But at pick 12 ?
That’s it
Hawkins is the fuy
Hawkins is my dream pick at 12. Best shooter in the draft on the largest volume too. A proven winner.
Absolutely crazy he’s projected to go 12-16.
You can imagine Hawkins as a 48 year old analyst on NBA TV 27 years from now.
