I’m sorry but there’s no excuse for Tatum to have zero field goals in the 4th quarter in consecutive ECF games. Tatum isn’t the problem, clearly… but you have to expect your Superstar to ascend in these moments.
Going back to last postseason, Tatum seems to shy away from the moment and instead whine about non-existent fouls and pretend like he’s hurt. The fact is that he can’t handle the ball under pressure or finish under contact.
Jimmy demands the ball and wills the ball in the basket while being surrounded by role players and scrubs. Tatum turns the ball over or loses it with any sort of pressure… there is the difference.

AND they didnât support Grant. Stand up and fight with your teammate. If we got even 1/10th the intensity from Brown or Tatum that Grant shows then I would believe in this team. Tatum showed it in Game 6 & 7 last series, but both of them are lacking it right now.
