Scoot, Melo will struggle on defense to check Sg. But he's coming in as a 2yr pro and is a yr under miller age wise. Millers nice, but I'm going experience mature pro. Plus the break will be crazy
scoot is a 6'2" guard who shoots 27 percent from three — relys on driving which is going to be much much more difficult in the nba — he is not a good fit at all imo — miller is 6'9" skilled scorer who is a taller paul george type — brandon is the pick w him and miles — we can save money by letting pj and kelly walk
A 6'2 guard? If the Hornets pick Henderson then the franchise is really fucked up. He is a good player but how he translates into the NBA is another matter. I would choose an athletic 6'8 with two-way talent potential than a 6'2 guard anytime.
We should draft scoot we have another first round pick and if Imani bates drops like they say he will that will give us a wing that was projected to go second or third
scoot is 6'2 w a 6'8 wingspan and built n athletic. Donovan Mitchell is prob 6'1, while Chris Paul, Brunson and Garland maybe around 6ft or under. So I dont really see as much an issue w short guards as ppl make it out to be these days. scoot has higher upside than miller.
Alot of people are saying Brandon Miller. I hope not because I think Scoot is also generational talent too like Wemby, the only two in the draft. His upside to me is better than Melo's. He would be the best player on the team.
