[Hollinger] There does not appear to be any willpower for this type of step back in places like, say, Chicago or Portland or Washington. Toronto seems like the only team that might — might — entertain dealing elite wings for draft capital.

>One can argue there are teams that *should* be doing this, mind you, but sorry: There does not appear to be any willpower for this type of step back in places like, say, Chicago or Portland or Washington. Zach LaVine, Damian Lillard and Bradley Beal aren’t walking through that door. Toronto seems like the only team that might — *might* — entertain dealing elite wings for draft capital.

>With Portland in “win it for Dame” mode and the Blazers desperate for playable wings (even presuming they re-sign Jerami Grant), speculation is already widespread that a package of the third pick and Anfernee Simons might be used to snag an elite small forward.

    Portland: win it for Dame.

Proceed to draft the most mysterious high schooler using the 7th pick. They ain’t serious about winning. Watch them draft Amen Thompson this year

    Make the trade.

Yes, they probably want OG more than Pascal, but you can’t be picky when the Raptors need more talent.

Trade Pascal to Brooklyn or whoever

We’re not paying Siakam 180-200 million and og a max contract next off season

When this team is play in team, one of them is gone and it’s OG

Might be a fortunate market for us to accelerate a proper reload of talent.

Masai better do something. Our guys value are at their peak and it makes no sense to bring back. It’s OG and Pascal

I know this sub wants to think we’re almost like Miami, I do too, but I don’t absolutely believe that this roster as it’s constructed is capable of Thumping teams like the Bucks, while also pushing Boston to a very uncomfortable position.

I don’t want to rebuild, because I don’t want the stink of intentionally losing to hang over us and kill the culture like the 76ers, but we need to do some addition by subtraction, and right now Pascal, OG, and FVV are our most appealing players for trade, and we can’t let them walk for nothing because of the new CBA.

I’m not buying this shit, until we hear rumours that we are actively selling then i will listen to reporters

We literally did the opposite at the deadline to make the fuckin play-in. Let’s be fr

  9. We don’t have our pick next year. All this talk of blowing it up isn’t going to happen. Hate to break it to you…
