Ham not wanting to hurt DLo feelings is the same thing Vogel did not benching Russ and that got him fired. This is a fireable offense for Ham. He has to do what’s best for this damn team and keeping DLo starting isn’t it

Lakers need an elite offensive player next season even if he isn’t great defensively. AD isn’t consistent enough. LeBron hopefully looks better next season. But they need a guy who can score 16-20 off the bench.
