Nice men don't win championships, they just don't. We need a coach that has a little bit of crazy in him, someone willing to snatch the fire out of the opponents without hesitation.
Monty's philosophy is "well it wasn't meant to be, you live with that and move on". While that works in day-to-day life it doesn't work when you are trying to win a championship.
We need a new, better championship philosophy and Monty isn't bringing that.
Monty is such a nice guy, I feel so bad for him, but he has to go!
Has become a worse coach since Willie Green left our team after the finals in 2021.
My only fear is that Ishbia has been seen plenty of times with Isiah Thomas and he could sweet talk himself into the Suns' new coach…

Though I’m not gonna attack or take swipe at Monty Williams in anyway like @BeCalmSeeClearly… I’m gonna be an all-time classy Suns Fan/ Basketball Fan agree in scouting in-turn for a better head coach like the spicy/feisty Nick Nurse who was fired by the Toronto Raptors.
We Need That Coach that will coach Game 5-7 like his legacy is on the line heaping a lot of the responsibilities throughout the game and not just at the end of post-game interviews. I believe Nick Nurse Will Be A Good Candidate In Which Mat Ishbia Will Agree Upon Is The Next Best Coach For The Phoenix Suns.
Monty Williams Was A Good Professional in his tenured with Suns. Taught the players how to work and be a profession in-out the gym.
IDK right now we are talking putting emphasis of how coaching is a big part of winning Nba championships… how the Nba coaching job need to be more talked in a more revered way in backing the idea they are top reasons for championship runs.
And if I’m right for suggesting Championship coaches like Spoelstra should get paid a hefty yearly salary.

The Pheonix Suns need to hire a new coach. They should hire Monty Williams who is an experienced NBA coach and took his last team to the NBA finals in 2021.

Phoenix Suns need a better coach
While I mostly agree with everything said here. Firstly, I think DA and Monty should both be gone. I don’t believe Monty ever refused to develop Ayton. I think Ayton refused to BE developed. You can’t honestly sit there and think a 7 foot monster needs to be “developed” by their coaches to fight for rebounds or to smash the rim. Pretty bold statement tbh. Lastly, playing with heart can’t be coached. You either have it, or you don’t. Ayton has never showed heart that I’ve seen in the games he has played. Otherwise, great video!
This is why your trash organization doesn’t have a championship… lol… Hopefully Pistons will get Monty Williams.
